OSHA has revised the Hazard Communication Standard (HCS) which requires chemical manufacturers, distributors or importers to provide Safety Data Sheets (SDSs) (formerly known as Material Safety Data Sheets or MSDSs) to communicate the hazards of hazardous chemical products.
